Metromont’s Wellness Program works in cooperation with TargetCare and the “Right-On-Target” Program to offer a valuable wellness resource at no cost to our associates. The goal of this program is to help our associates in “Building Better Health” by lowering their risk for certain health conditions. As an associate eligible to participate in the program, it is important that you understand how the program works and the rewards of staying healthy.

In addition to a free CHA through TargetCare, you are eligible to receive a contribution from Metromont of $125 per quarter (up to $500 per year) to your Health Savings Account (HSA) for each quarter you are compliant with the Right On Target Program. You also are eligible to receive generic prescription medications related to the treatment of high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and/or high blood sugar at no cost to you under Metromont’s medical plan. Vitality is an active, fully-integrated global wellness program designed to engage, encourage, and reward you on your personal pathway to better health. By participating in Vitality, you can earn a lower premium on your health insurance and Vitality Bucks to spend in the online Vitality Mall. This rewards program allows you to redeem your hard-earned Vitality Bucks on items such as fitness devices, iTunes and Amazon gift cards, movie tickets, and so much more. The Nicotine Cessation Program is part of Metromont’s Wellness Program and is available free of charge to all associates. Participation in the program is voluntary; however, the cost you pay for your medical insurance is based on your tobacco user status.
The Nicotine Cessation Program provides a structured plan to help you stop smoking or using tnicotine products. Medical plan participants that are non-tobacco users or who are participating in the Nicotine Cessation Program receive a discount on the cost of your medical insurance. Additionally, while you are participating in the program, certain nicotine cessation aides prescribed by the clinician are available to you at no cost.
