The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is designed to assist you and your family with certain personal issues. This is a confidential service where you have the opportunity to speak with a licensed professional who can help with personal issues that affect your health, personal, family, or work life or job performance. The EAP provides a variety of services such as referrals for marital counseling, child/adolescent counseling, grief counseling, emotional, financial, or legal problems, and substance abuse.
Through the EAP, you are provided six (6) visits free of charge for each associate or family member’s identified issue.
